We use FTP to exchange large files with our customers. In order to access our servers, you will need all of the following:
- An FTP client. This software "talks" to our servers and lets you view, upload, and download files. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 has a very nice FTP client built right in. SmartFTP is an excellent freeware FTP client that's even better.
- A login ID and password. Contact us to obtain one; if you are an existing customer with an up-to-date support agreement, you automatically have access – just call for your password.
- Our FTP server IP address, currently 68.209.117.2 It changes from time to time, so check here first if you cannot get in.
